The project Vеrоnа Cіtу сеntrе & Reѕіdеnсе is developed at the location of old tobacco storages in the center of Plovdiv. The project is in accordance with the specific atmosphere of Ivan Bazov street – an ensemble of monuments of the city, dominated by public and residential buildings, formed in the first half of the twentieth century.
The commercial area of the project is facing Ivan Bazov street. The first and second floor are developed as a shopping center. The above floors are offices.
